Amanda "Amethyst" Nicole Tarver Turner

Amanda Nicole "Amethyst" Tarver Turner is an educator, pagan minister, spiritual adviser, life coach, reiki/chakra healer, rootworker, end- of life doula, and radio show host. You can catch her live every Monday at 11pm and Tuesday at 8pm on BFAM 109.6

Born with her gifts she which were encouraged and nurtured by her maternal grandmother she learned the arts of herbs, root work, and conjure. After her grandmother's passing and some difficult teen years a high school history teacher introduced her to his friend, a retired teacher, the renowned psychic Jane Hudson. She was mentored by Jane from 1997 until Jane's passing in 2014. With Jane's help she honed her skills as a medium, spiritual advisor, and minister. In 2013 she expanded her healing gifts to include Reiki Energy Healing studying under Jessica Miller. In 2018 she achieved mastery level and was granted permission to open her own school of Reiki.

She has been part of the LBGTQ, BDSM, Leather, and ENM communities for over 20 years.

Amethyst is a mother of 2. She born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, and currently living in East Atlanta. She is available by appointment only.
